Serving as president and CEO of AD1 Global since its founding in 2008, Daniel applies more than 14 years of experience in real estate investments. Besides company-wide management and strategic planning, he is responsible for overseeing all corporate operations leading to growth and expansion. Daniel’s expertise includes all classes of real estate property, hotel ownership, and development. In 2018 he became a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, an invitation-only organization for senior-level real estate industry executives.

With an unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency, Arie manages potential investment opportunities from sourcing to analysis, negotiation and closure. He also researches and oversees property acquisitions and purchases and utilizes his ability to create cost-effective strategies and solutions under pressure to facilitate asset management for various commercial properties. Arie has been on the AD1 team since 2008. Education: BA, Business Administration, Santa Maria University, Caracas, Venezuela.

A metrics maven, Alex oversees all fiscal aspects of the company’s operations and management as well as investment package production and client investment administration. He combines an impressive financial acumen with vast knowledge of the hospitality industry to offer a unique dual perspective that contributes significantly to the company’s success. Previously, Alex worked for Marriott Hotels in controller and operations roles. Alex has been on the AD1 team since 2009. Education: BA, Finance, Wofford College, Spartanburg, SC.

Gisela oversees and executes the corporation’s acquisitions and property negotiations, as well as coordinates renovations for acquisitions and more. Harnessing her expertise, she inspects and analyzes potential acquisitions and evaluates the viability and cost-effectiveness of construction projects. Her previous experience includes construction projects, operations management, and commercial properties in Venezuela. Gisela has been on the AD1 team since 2011. Education: BA, Civil Engineering, Andres Bello Catholic University, Caracas, Venezuela.

David Fernandez

David Fernandez joined AD1 Global in May 2018 and is currently the Corporate VP of Hotel Operations, overseeing all hotel properties in the portfolio. He was previously the Regional Director of Hotel Operations for 17 hotels. As a seasoned hotel executive, David continues to be an intricate part of the company’s growth. David has a passion for developing highly successful teams and relationships. David’s innovative style and vision inspires exceptionally motivated individuals that excel in delivering industry leading results in associate engagement, guest experience and owner profitability.

Rene brings to the table more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry. He applies his talent for crafting cost-effective solutions to address challenging business demands while defining processes, designing strategies, and managing sales and marketing activities and systems to achieve corporate goals. Previously he held senior-level positions at several brands including Lake Buena Vista Resort Hotel, Holiday Inn Maingate East, America’s Best Inn, Ramada Plaza JFK Hotel, Wyndham Philadelphia, and more. Rene has been on the AD1 team since 2012. Education: AA, Hotel Management, Katharine Gibbs College, New York, NY.

Later, as SVP of Development at M&R Hotel Management, he solidified his reputation as a visionary leader.

Steven provides far-ranging legal guidance with more than 20 years of legal experience in a wide range of areas including tax, finance, regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investment, litigation management, marketing, real estate intellectual property, consumer products, and individual needs. Steven has been on the AD1 team since 2018. Dan has over 25 years of experience in Accounting & Finance in Hospitality. He has worked in Leadership roles, such a Director of Finance, VP of Finance and most recently CFO for Seagate Hospitality where he was for the past 8 years.  During his time with Seagate, he oversaw multiple entities including hotels, golf, beach and yacht clubs, property management, construction, development, and homeowner’s associations. He is an experienced goal-oriented senior financial executive with a proven record of improving financial results through implementation of process improvements. He is a strong and talented leader at directing highly skilled financial management teams to support achievement of overall corporate goals and objectives.

Bryan joined us in 2023 in the newly created position of Chief Strategy Officer.  Prior to joining us Bryan served as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Corporex’s two hotel companies, Commonwealth Hotels, Inc and the Commonwealth Collection Inc. Prior to this, he spent over 35 years as an executive in the hospitality industry. serving as Chief Operating Officer on Northwest Indiana based White Lodging.  During his tenure as COO,  he successfully led the company to double its revenues and profits in a six year period. Prior to White Lodging Bryan served as the Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations for Hyatt Hotels, where he successfully led the development and launching of the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House brands for Hyatt. Mr. Hayes has also served on various advisory councils for Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt.  He has served on the Strategic Alliance Council of Purdue Universities Hospitality department and the Business Advisory Board of Edinboro University School of Business.  He is a graduate of Edinboro University’s School of Business with a degree in Business Administration.

Jon is a senior marketing executive with more than 17 years of experience in the hospitality and gaming industries in areas ranging from e-commerce and advertising to public relations and SEO/SEM; social and email marketing; branding and advertising; and big data and analytics. He remains well versed in current technology to ensure that all AD1 properties do the same, nimbly managing their digital marketing, social media, public relations, and promotional activities.
Jon has been on the AD1 team since 2016. Education: PAQC, Public Affairs, Defense Information School, Ft. Meade, MD; BA, Journalism, Air University College of the USAF, Minot, ND.

An experienced and talented information technology professional and systems engineer who excels in all things IT, Ariadna is responsible for defining and updating the technological infrastructure of AD1 Management’s properties according to each brand’s defined standards. She also manages project budgets and completions to ensure they progress on-time and on-spec. Ariadna has been on the AD1 team since 2013. Education: BA, Computer Science, University of Los Andes, Merida, Venezuela; MS, Software Project Management, Andres Bello University, Caracas, Venezuela.

An entrepreneurial revenue leader with 15 years of successfully managing teams, revenue generation, sales deployment, and business development. Built a successful revenue team to execute tactical and strategic initiatives in line with the company’s goals. Created a revenue roadmap for new hotels and communicated the strategy with property leaders, ownership groups and investors. Used data to improve operational efficiency and grow the company’s bottom line, while managing and educating sales, operations, and revenue teams.

Constanza is the Corporate VP of Asset Management. She previously served as the Asset Manager & Investor Relations Specialist for AD1 Global. She has a Bachelors in Hospitality Administration from Boston University & a minor in International Business. Prior to joining AD1 GLOBAL, Constanza worked with Starwood Hotels and Resorts across multiple departments and brands and also served one year as a Revenue Analyst for Starwood Hotels & Resorts in New York. She is responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly property performance reviews & reports for many different projects and assists in the process of budgets, revenue, sales strategies and performance analysis.

Jorge is a rising food star who truly brings the heat, having proven his skills with wins at Central Florida’s annual Chili Cook-off and the CFHLA Chef’s Heat Competition, where he received the People’s Choice Award for four years running. Jorge has demonstrated he not only can lead effectively but is also in his element in the high-stress world of multi-outlet fine dining and high-volume food service, as evidenced by his rapid series of promotions at AD1. Jorge has been on the AD1 team since 2015.

Stefania provides communication, customer assistance, data processing and clerical support to the AD1 Corporate team.She is responsible for in/out of office deposits. She approve/prepare requested wire transfers and she notarize legal documents. She also oversees office inventory. Stefania has been on the AD1 team since 2013 .
